Customer's right to withdraw from contract

Customers who make a purchase / distance purchase contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the contract.

If you start using the product, however, consider changing the right to withdraw from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal, the physical goods received must be returned undamaged and in unchanged quantity and in undamaged packaging, unless the goods have been destroyed, defected, lost, or have decreased, without being the one to blame. The cost of returning goods is taken over by Tiko Pro, who, upon receipt of the completed withdrawal form, sends you a courier by commodity.

The expiration deadline expires within 14 days from the day you acquire a physical possession on the last piece of goods or is acquired by you in the name of a third party other than the carrier and you designate it for this purpose. In case of purchase of an electronic product, this period starts to run when you gain access to the product.

In order to take account of the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is sufficient that the notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period from this contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your notice of withdrawal from this contract, all on your side of the payment received, including delivery charges (except for additional costs due to the choice of delivery type , which is not offered by us the most cost-effective standard delivery form). We will make such a refund with the same payment method as you used it yourself when performing the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any case, you will not have any expense due to such reimbursement.
